Two main categories of milestone will be used in this programme, each having different forms of evaluation criteria:
Progress reports: These reports will document the progress on the basis of Project Management Meets set every 4 -
6 months (approximately). The meetings will review progress and risk factors to identify 'red flags'. The minute of these
meetings will form the basis of submitted progress reports in the following month. The evaluation criteria for these
milestones will be EC approval for the submitted report:
Six-monthly progress reports
Mid-term assessment report
Workpackage deliverables: These deliverables will document the progress and results of specific workpackage
activities. The evaluation criteria for these milestones will be authorisation from the internal Quality Assurance
procedure;
The dates of these milestones are contained in the summary tables for the workpackage descriptions
and are illustrated in Tables.
